Who we are
MPress Inc. operates retail brands including Our Modern Space and Lifetime Supplies, selling products on Amazon and other marketplaces. This policy explains how we handle the customer order information we use to fulfill and ship orders, including information obtained through the Amazon Selling Partner API.
Information we collect
To fulfill an order we collect only the information necessary to purchase and print a valid shipping label: the buyer’s name, shipping address, and order and shipment identifiers. We do not collect or store payment-card details through this system.
How we use it
We use this information solely to purchase carrier shipping labels and to fulfill and deliver the order. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, advertising, or resale.
How we store and protect it
Order information is stored in an access-controlled system, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis and protected by multi-factor authentication. This information is processed server-side and is not stored on personal devices or removable media.
How we share it
We share order information only with the shipping carriers and Amazon-integrated shipping platforms (such as ShipStation) required to produce the label and deliver the order. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with data brokers, aggregators, or advertisers.
How long we keep it, and disposal
We retain order information only for as long as needed to fulfill the order and confirm its delivery, then automatically delete it within 14 days of fulfillment (and in all cases within 30 days). Deletion removes stored label documents and clears the buyer’s name and shipping address from our systems; only non-identifying references (order number, tracking number, cost) are retained for reconciliation.
